Automatic BTU assembly machine

We conceived an assembly machine with automatic feeding of the components and automatic unloading of the finished products. An operator is in charge of manually alimenting the machine with trays of components.

Once assembled, the products are evacuated out of the machine on a conveyor. The machine can treat five different products via a change of tools, without needing any change on the mean, actuators or peripheral device. It automatically detects non-compliant products that are ejected in a red box on the operator’s side. The products are 100% controlled by the machine. The human machine interface (HMI) offers a documented archiving and traceability of the production.
