Automatic cutter of palletization in insert formats

When CGP entrusted us with the production of these "prototype" cutters of insert formats’ palletization, we submitted proposals for improvement. Our approach by subsets has allowed an evolution of the product’s architecture and design. 

This way, we have made the product more reliable while providing an increased capacity to satisfy the needs of the final customer. Building on its success, it is now mass-produced in our factory. 

This cutter has many benefits :

• The costs of consumable are reduced,
• The unwelcome shutdowns are avoided, resulting in improved operating costs for packaging lines,
• A reel unique reference can produce up to 15 lengths of formats.
