Industrial product development
This product is a platform that integrates itself into assembly lines to control screwing tools as well as managing performance’s indicators and alerts at the station. This unit represents a whole ecosystem around the wireless screwing tools: its commands, its configuration, its results and associated information. It allows stimulation of flexibility, availability and productivity of the operators. It has become a major asset in the management of the assembly lines.
The project was carried out in part within our "Plastic Product Development" department by our teams, from design to prototypes, all the way through industrialization monitoring (support in China). The electronic part was developed by our customer.
A challenge brilliantly taken up by our technicians, plastics technicians and mechanics who were able to meet our customers’ expectations by collaborating and accompanying them in each stage of this technological product’s development.
Testimony:
